From big plays and wins over competitors to city-wide recognition to college commits, fall 2019 in Turkey Nation was one for the books. But for several of our student athletes, with the end of first quarter comes the close of their high school athletics chapter. In this edition, Tatler honors our fall sports seniors: all their victories, tough losses, and hearts left on the fields, courts, and trails.

One of the most integral parts of the St. Mary’s community is celebrating our fellow students’ achievements, both inside and outside the classroom, and nothing better exhibits this passion than cheering on our SMS sports teams. We all love going to soccer games and watching our friends beat Hutch or going to senior nights, even though there may only be one senior on a team.
Friday, September 13, the Commercial Appeal recognized our very own Cecilia Boswell (11), an outside hitter on the varsity volleyball team, as “Athlete of the Week.”
