Isabel Campos has lived in Memphis for nine years and came to St. Mary’s last year as a freshman after attending Grace-St. Luke’s. Isabel spends most of her time dancing with her dance company, New Ballet Ensemble. Although she spends a lot of time in her dance studio, Isabel says that she feels most at home in her small bedroom simply because it is not overwhelming. Isabel would fight for all issues relating to the environment. She said that “it will be terrible to see our grandchildren living in a destroyed world and for them not to be able to see how cool the earth is!” If Isabel could one day come back and teach a class at St. Mary’s, she would like to teach history because she believes that looking back on the world is fascinating.
